- ATTENDANCE; we have kennel's throughout Brazil that provide an efficient service, all by WhatsApp, fast and easy.
- ONLINE DATABASE: we have the most modern database system where the dog permanently has the entire history of the record kept and safe.
-IDENTIFICATION: our partnership with ALFLEX - ANILHAS CAPRI provides access to the most modern and safe microchip in the world, with international quality from one of the most traditional companies in Europe.
PET PROTECT - SERVICE ACTIVATED BY THE SITE
THIS SERVICE MAY BE ADDED BY THE NEW HOLDER'S WISH.
MAKING THE DOG OWNERSHIP TRANSFER OF THE SITE, 50% DISCOUNT ON MONTHLY AND ANNUAL PLAN.
IDENTIFICATION:
Register your pet in the largest national database of domestic animals.
- DIGITAL PET RG:
Issuance of the ID in DIGITAL format where it can be saved on the cell phone.
-LOCATION SYSTEM:
If the PET is lost or stolen, you can trigger the ALERT through the RG PET SYSTEM owner's panel.
-MICROCHIPING:
Buy the microchip direct from the manufacturer with free implantation in the accredited network of veterinarians (subject to verification of availability in your region) BUY
ASSISTANCE SERVICES INCLUDED:
-EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
In case of an accident with the assisted animal, 24h Assistance will bear the medical expenses related to the treatment of the animal.
Limit: 01 use/year; up to BRL 200.00
-EMERGENCY TRANSPORT
Removal of the assisted animal, in case of emergency, through the most appropriate means of transport to the nearest veterinary clinic.
Limit: 01 use/year; up to BRL 150.00
-VETERINARY CONCIERGE
Telephone support for:
a) Indication of pet shop, clinics, hotels, bath and grooming and other establishments;
b) Indication of products and vaccines;
c) Veterinary Events;
d) Information on dog breeds;
e) Indication of sites for the adoption of animals;
f) Guidance and indication for animal training.
Deadline: the information will be answered within 2 business days for the Insured
- MICROCHIP IMPLEMENTATION
Microchip implantation service in the assisted animal.
The costs related to the chip and its maintenance will remain under the responsibility of the customer.
Limit: 01 use/year; up to BRL 70.00
Scope: availability in the Insured's municipality of residence will be verified.
- DELIVERY OF FOOD TO THE HOME
In the event of an event that makes it impossible for the owner of the assisted animal to go personally to buy feed, the Insured must contact the 24-hour Assistance, which will arrange for the delivery of the chosen feed to the beneficiary's residence.
The costs related to the feed are the responsibility of the Insured.
Limit: 01 use/year; up to BRL 150.00
-ACCOMMODATION
In the event of an event that makes it impossible for the owner to take care of the assisted animal, the 24-hour Assistance will arrange the accommodation of the animal in a hotel capable of taking care of the animal for a certain period.
Limit: 01 use/year; up to 05 days; BRL 80.00 /day
Scope: availability in the Insured's municipality of residence will be verified.
-FUNERAL ASSISTANCE
Referral and guidance service for funeral organization.
Important:
a) The entire service package is limited to 1 use per term.
b) This product has geographic limitations, to consult the accredited network, contact must be made with the Assistance Center.
To request the discount service, make the transfer of the pedigree.
ACTIVATION: 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE CLOSING OF THE MONTH (every 30th day) UPON ALKC CONFIRMATION.
MEDALHA DE IDENTIFICAÇÃO E LOCALIZAÇÃO
No ato da transferência de titularidade o pedigree ALKC acompanha uma medalha de identificação gravada a laser com um QR CODE único que ao fazer a leitura pelo celular aparece o RG e PEDIGREE do cão e o botão ENCONTRAR MEU HUMANO que mostra os dados do tutor e contatos.
RG PET - TARJETA DE REGISTRO
O RG PET - TARJETA é um documento que pode ser facilmente portado e a identificação definitiva do seu cão, vem com QR CODE e carteira de vacinação no verso, além da versão DIGITAL ON-LINE com sistema de localização.
SEU PET com PEDIGREE ALKC já pode solicitar O RG PET.

TRANSFERÊNCIA ON-LINE: faça a transferência de titularidade/propriedade pelo nosso site e receba o pedigree em casa já transferido para o seu nome.
- CONSULTA ON-LINE: Consulte a autenticidade do pedigree pelo nosso site no botão consultar e faça a autenticação digital do documento.
- MEDALHA DE IDENTIFICAÇÃO: somos a única entidade no mundo a possuir o sistema de pedigree na coleira, onde o cão leva todas as informações do pedigree na medalha com QR CODE que pode ser consultado a qualquer momento fazendo a leitura pelo celular e ativar a localização do tutor através dos dados disponibilizados.
